CSO, Inc. provides information, eligibility determination,
service arrangement and service coordination to people,
regardless of age, income, gender and language. Its service
population resides within the City of Chicago’s south-side
and west-side communities (see
map).
CSO, Inc. serves individuals who have developmental disabilities.
Developmental disabilities include diagnoses, prior to age
22, of mental retardation (cognitive impairments) and related
conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy and epilepsy,
that substantially impair individuals’ abilities to
learn, communicate and function without assistance.
