Service Options, Inc. respects your privacy and security.
We want you to be comfortable and safe when you visit
this site. Below we have listed assurances about how we
process information.
CSO,
Inc. takes every reasonable precaution to protect your personal
information; it does not rent, sell or share personal information
about you with people outside of the organization or with
anyone internally, unless we have obtained your permission
and the information is needed to act upon your request for
service. None of your personal information is maintained
on the website; rather it is processed internally by the
staff of whom you have requested service.
This
policy pertains to details, such as your e-mail address,
names, phone numbers, home address and information, not
otherwise publicly available. This policy applies only to
information collected or
used by the website: www.cso1.org
. It does not apply to
companies
or organizations that CSO, Inc. does not own or control
or to people that CSO, Inc. does not employ or manage. You
should view any link to this site as you have this one.
How
CSO, Inc. collects and stores your personal information
depends on the page you visit and activity on the site.
For example: if you answer a survey, you may need
to leave identifying information so that CSO, Inc staff
may follow-up on your service request; but to receive legislative
or event updates, you only need to give an e-mail address.
When
you make a donation, CSO, Inc. uses a third party agency
called Groundspring.org, a donation processing service.
It is a secured site for the purpose of collecting and selling
products. Groundspring.org has its own privacy
policy that can be reviewed at www.Groundspring.org.
Groundspring.org states that it does not rent, share or
sell your information either. Please note, however,
that in order to process checks and charge card donations,
your check or charge card information is submitted to appropriate
banks and credit card companies for processing of your donation.
You
may chose to "opt out" of receiving future CSO, Inc. publications
and other mailings by stating "I wish to "opt out" of future
mailings" in an e-mail, fax or airmail.

damage by errors or omissions in the content of this site.
