CSO, Inc. contracts with the Illinois’ Department
of Human Services to serve people with disabilities who
reside within the City of Chicago’s south-side and
west-side communities. The northern boundary of its service
area is (generally) 400 North (Kinzie) from the Chicago
River on the east to Cicero Avenue on the west; the service
area extends to the east (Lake Michigan), and
to the southern
limits of the City of Chicago.
CSO, Inc., however, also operates the Home Options (homeownership)
Program and other initiatives that provide services, city-wide,
to all Chicago residents.
