MISSION
Community Service Options, Inc. promotes access, “choice” of service, options and independence to people with disabilities who reside in the City of Chicago through the provision of information, education, planning and service coordination.
What We Do
Access
We provide families with access to services and programs that enhance the quality of life for persons living with disability.
Choices
CSO encourages and supports ‘self determination’. We believe that persons with disability have the capacity to make decisions for themselves.
Options
We provide education and information regarding the menu of services and program options offered by Illinois DHS.
Independence
We advocate locally and statewide for programs and services that help persons with disability achieve less reliance on others. We help remove barriers that prevent progress towards independence.
